What I use

Below you find my current setup, varying from software and extensions to hardware. This list changes frequently as I like to try out new things and am always curious if another application is even better. Sounds familiar?

Editor

VSCode, occassionally Vim.

Theme

Tokyo Night

Plugins (worth mentioning)

Bracket Pair Colorizer
Debugger for Chrome
DotENV
ESLint
Gitflow
Github Pull Requests and Issues
GitLens
Go
GraphQL for VSCode
PHP Intelephense
Prettier
Sass
Vetur

Hardware

MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 - Not a fan of the touchbar, big fan of the fingerprint scanner
BenQ PD2700U external monitor.
Magic Keyboard with numpad (black).
Magic Mouse 2 (black).

Languages

NodeJS
This is my go to weapon for when I want to quickly try out something. Getting up and running with a simple app.js and import axios is just so easy.

PHP
I have been using this more and more frequently again in the Laravel framework lately to help out on features at NoProtocol or when doing code-reviews. There is something predictable about PHP which makes it popular I suppose.

Golang
I recently found some time to dive into Golang and even though I'm still in the learning curve I'm already very fond of the language and it's build-tools. I'm hoping to do more and more with it in the near future and it might even replace NodeJS as my go-to-tool for quick prototypes or tasks.

Applications

iTerm2 to replace the standard terminal.

Sequel PRO
